Mutual NDA standard. No public case studies. No watermark, no credit, no public mention of the engagement unless explicitly authorized.
Private partner pricing allows agencies and advisors to structure the engagement within their own client relationship.
First delivery is typically 14 to 21 business days after approved materials and locked scope. Production cycles that would otherwise take 60 to 90 days through traditional crews.
For partners who prefer it, payment is held in regulated third-party escrow and released against agreed milestones — neutral and transparent, with the studio paid only as the work is delivered.
We operate as a discreet white-label production partner. We do not approach, solicit or accept direct engagements with end clients introduced through our agency and advisor partners.
The contracting partner is responsible for final likeness, voice and materials authorization. We provide partner-facing production records for legal review.

How We Work
Discreet, fast, director-led. No production crew on premises. No travel. No exposure of the founder’s private space to external teams. Everything captured remotely, produced cinematically.
We deliver a structured capture protocol — a detailed briefing kit with the questions to answer, the framing guidance, the order to follow, and the technical specs for audio and image. The founder records on their own time, in their own space, using a phone, camera or any setup they’re comfortable with. They return the material to us.
We extract the narrative, lock the script, design the visual treatment. The founder approves the direction before any cinematic work begins.
Cinematic reconstruction of the moments they describe — the eras, the places, the people, the milestones. Edit, original score, sound design, premium color grade.
Final film delivered in multiple formats. White-label terms preserved end-to-end. The contracting partner is responsible for final likeness, voice and materials authorization; partner-facing production records are available for legal review.
Director
Daniel Davidsohn is a filmmaker, novelist and visual director working with cinematic biography, founder stories and controlled visual reconstruction. His work has been recognized by international festivals including Seoul, Bali, Meta Morph and ICJ International. Founder Legacy Studio is the production arm of his cinematic practice.

The founder records on their own — guided by a structured capture protocol we deliver. The protocol includes the briefing, the questions, the framing, and the technical specs for audio and image. Phone, camera, or any setup the founder prefers. No external crew, no travel, no logistics, no disruption to their schedule.
The founder’s face and voice are real — captured directly. The founder’s recorded voice anchors the film; reconstructed scenes are cinematic interpretations of approved life events, places and archive. We do not create synthetic statements or fictional memories. The result reads as a cinematic biography film, not as a synthetic montage.
Full IP transfer to your agency or to the end client, per the engagement agreement. We retain no public usage rights. Any portfolio, internal reference, award submission or case-study use requires explicit written permission.
First delivery is typically 14 to 21 business days after approved materials and locked scope. Rush capacity exists on a case-by-case basis and is discussed privately with the partner.
For the Legacy Film: approximately 20 minutes of structured recording across chapters, following our capture protocol, plus personal archive (photos, documents, key references). For a Private Commission: a deeper archive and a longer recording schedule, scoped to the estate. We provide the briefing and structure — focused material is worth more than long recordings.
Primarily through agencies, advisors and production partners. Direct private commissions are considered only outside existing partner relationships, by explicit agency request, or where no agency relationship is involved. We do not accept or pursue direct work with clients introduced by our partners.
Standard terms: 50% to begin production once materials are received and scope is locked, 50% before final delivery. Wire transfer in USD. For partners who prefer it, funds can be held in regulated third-party escrow and released on agreed milestones, so the studio is paid only as the work is delivered. Engagement-specific terms shared privately.
